Donor Policy

Confidentiality

Protecting the confidentiality of personally identifiable information of our donors collected through our website or by other means has been, and will continue to be, a priority of the Judge Lisa Green Re-Election Campaign. We only gather personal data (e.g., name, email addresses, phone number) when voluntarily submitted by you and/or your company. We will not disclose, sell, share, trade, or rent any personally identifiable data collected on this site. We use the information you provide for the purpose of executing any donation or financial transaction.

We may use your information for other internal purposes, including communications to make you aware of how your donations are being spent, events, newsletters, and other general information relating to our organization.

The Judge Lisa Green Re-Election Campaign may, from time to time, contract with outside vendors to conduct donor interest and satisfaction research. All outside vendors contracting by organization will sign a non-disclosure agreement stating that any personal data will not be used for any purpose other than for the research commissioned by our organization.

We may also share personal data with any agency we are affiliated with. In order to comply with any valid legal processes such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order, we are bound to release any personal data about you. We reserve the right to use all information, including personal data, at its disposal and to share this information with internet service providers and other third parties as necessary to investigate any incident of misuse or abuse of its site, server, or information systems.

Other websites that you may link to from our site, including our partners’ websites, maintain their own privacy policies. The Judge Lisa Green Re-Election Campaign is not responsible for the privacy practices of other Web sites or affiliate agencies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of websites or affiliate agencies before providing them with any of your personal information.

The Lisa Green for Judge Campaign website utilizes Google Analytics to gather website data, such as the number and frequency of visitors to our site and demographics. This collective data helps us determine how often visitors use our website so that we can improve our site in response to visitor usage. We also may provide aggregated statistical “ratings” information, never personal data about you, to our partners about how our visitors, collectively, use our Web Site.

You are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having your personal data used for communication purposes. You can select to opt-out on any of our email, registration, or donation forms.

Online security

The Lisa Green for Judge Campaign takes every precaution to protect the safety and security of your transaction both online and off-line. We use a high-grade encryption and the website security protocol, SSL (Secure Socket Layer), to communicate with your browser software. This method is the industry standard in security protocol, helping to keep your personal and financial data as secure as possible.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user-information off-line. Only authorized employees or agents are granted access to donors' personal data. All servers on which personal data is stored are kept in a secure environment.

If we change our Donor Policy, we will post those changes immediately on our website so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. The Lisa Green for Judge Campaign reserves the right to change our Donor Policy at any time without notice.
