Lisa graduates from St. Gerard Catholic High School in San Antonio, Texas.
Lisa receives her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
Lisa receives her Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.
Lisa begins her legal career with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas, Inc., representing indigent clients and victims of domestic violence.
Lisa starts her 10 year tenure at the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office, representing mentally ill and drug dependent clients.
Lisa wins the Democratic Primary and then wins the General Elections with 59% of the vote to become Judge-Elect for Dallas County Criminal Court #5.
The Honorable Lisa Green is sworn in on January 1, 2015 in Dallas County for her first 4 year term as Presiding Judge of DCCC No #5.
The Honorable Lisa Green wins re-election with 100% of the vote in Dallas County and and will serve another 4 year term as Judge.
